Nearby the sofa,  you will notice an armchair, a tea table, and a large flat screen TV ideal for your late evening entertainment. The living area also features a dining table with additional seating where you can savour meals cooked in the close by American style modern kitchen. 

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed where you can charge up your batteries before the next day, as well as an armchair placed nearby the bed. The bathroom is modern, and offers a relaxing bathtub/shower, a toilette, and a sink. Free tea, coffee, and sugar are available for free, as well as ironing and coffee making facilities. You are also welcome to use the free WI-FI internet service inside the apartment throughout your stay.

Location

This modern and affordable apartment is located on the left side of the Seine river nearby the Austerlitz train and metro station allowing you to easily access all areas of Paris and France. As soon as you walk outside the building, you will notice a lovely central neighbourhood with authentic Parisian architecture, as well a large array of cafes and restaurants. In front of the house, you can easily notice the National Natural History Museum while a few streets away, you can take a green relaxing escapade in the world of plants coming from all hemispheres at the Jardin des Plantes, France's famous botanic garden.

 

The Seine river is close by giving you a chance to stroll alongside its banks, and admire the beautiful boats cruising in front of your eyes. A walk towards the Luxemburg Gardens will inevitably take you to the university district, an area of architectural beauty displayed through the numerous education and governmental majestic buildings. For a great French meal out, try the Lilane restaurant, and delight your culinary senses in style.
